  We spent the whole day here! There are many good exhibits and a couple that are more aimed at teens and adults. The kids really liked the dinosaurs and the history of earth sections. The outside forest area was unique and interesting. Overall, the museum could use more hands on activities. The kids play area is good but mostly aimed at younger kids. As such, it could use more security to prevent escapees. There are 2 dining areas - the smaller one is more of a cafe with some pre-made items. The other restaurant has more selection. Food wasn't bad but don't expect it to be cheap.

  A place in Melbourne worth spending with your family. The Melbourne Museum brings many wonders to life, such as the bones of dinosaurs, how the human systems work and many others. It is a Museum that will make your trip, a good one.
